A clear agreement from the start.
These terms explain how E School’s setup, delivery, training, subscription and cancellation process is intended to work. Your signed quotation or service agreement may specify the exact deliverables, dates and operational details for your school. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement governs to the extent permitted by law.
01. What your school receives
E School provides a configured school management system with authorized access to the Admin / Principal Portal, Student App, Parent App, Teacher App and Teacher Portal, within the agreed feature scope. The service includes initial configuration, launch, one-time training for authorized school staff, and ongoing product guidance. School staff operate the Principal Portal after handover.
Features outside the agreed package are not included unless separately agreed in writing. The interactive website demonstrations use sample information and are not a promise of every possible optional module.
02. Onboarding, information and delivery
The school provides the required setup details through the agreed Google Form or another approved channel. The school is responsible for the accuracy of records it supplies and for obtaining any necessary permissions to share staff, parent and student information. E School uses that information to configure the agreed school instance and prepare access for authorized users.
We agree on the required information, scope and expected handover steps before starting. Deployment means the agreed system is set up and made accessible to the school's authorized representatives, with materially agreed core functions available for review. An issue that materially prevents the agreed service from operating should be raised promptly so it can be resolved before acceptance.
03. Pricing and when payments are due
Our public monthly rates are PKR 50 per student and PKR 150 per teacher, subject to a PKR 10,000 minimum combined monthly invoice. The monthly total is the higher of the minimum or the sum of the student and teacher charges, based on the agreed billable counts.
First month: 50% of the agreed first-month invoice is payable before setup begins. The remaining 50% is payable when the agreed school system is deployed. Following months: payments are due from the 1st through the 5th of each month. Any taxes, payment methods, count cut-off dates, changes to pricing and extraordinary costs should be agreed in the written order or service agreement.
04. Cancellations and fair refunds
If we fail to deliver the agreed system and cannot resolve the delivery failure within a reasonable agreed remedy period, we will refund 100% of the payments received for that undelivered project. This is not limited to the upfront portion.
We will review the work completed and documented, reasonable non-recoverable third-party expenses, and what remains undelivered. We will propose a fair written settlement and refund the applicable unearned balance. The upfront payment is not automatically forfeited simply because a project has not yet been delivered.
Once the agreed school system has been completed and made available for delivery, the first 50% upfront payment is non-refundable if the school declines the delivered project solely due to a change of mind. This does not remove a refund or remedy owed for a failure to meet the agreed scope or applicable law.
Refund questions should be raised through our contact page with the school's name, relevant agreement and reason for cancellation. We will review the situation and document any settlement in writing. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
05. School and provider responsibilities
The school: assigns authorized account users, maintains the accuracy of school records, safeguards credentials, obtains appropriate consent or other valid authority for student and guardian information, and manages its day-to-day portal operations after training. E School: performs the agreed initial setup, provides the described handover and training, and offers continuing help with using the agreed service.
The school should promptly report suspected account misuse, incorrect access permissions or significant technical issues. Support availability, response times and any future custom work should be confirmed separately rather than assumed to be unlimited.
06. School data, privacy and security
The school retains rights to the school information and records it supplies. E School handles that data to deliver and support the service, under the school’s instructions and the agreed terms. We do not claim ownership of students’ personal information or sell it for advertising. For details about processing, access, hosting, retention, exports and security measures, read our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.
07. Ongoing service and account changes
Service depends on timely payments, correct configuration, supported devices and third-party infrastructure. We will communicate significant service or billing concerns and reasonable next steps. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or absolute data security. Changes to service scope or prices will be communicated and agreed according to the school’s service arrangement before applying them.
08. Updates and contact
We may revise public terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting an existing school's contract are handled under that contract and applicable law. For queries or complaints, use the Contact page. The legally responsible business name and direct service contact will also appear on the school's signed agreement or invoice.
