How payments work
Clear from day one.
Your first month is split into two equal payments. After launch, payments follow a consistent monthly schedule.
01 / BEFORE SETUP
50% upfront
Pay half of the first month’s agreed invoice before setup begins. The conditions for cancellations and refunds are explained in our Terms of Service.
02 / AT DEPLOYMENT
Remaining 50%
Pay the remaining half of the first month's invoice when your school system has been deployed.
03 / EACH FOLLOWING MONTH
1st–5th of each month
Make your monthly school payment between the 1st and 5th of each following month.
